Dr. John Bakaly
Dr. John Bakaly has been in private practice in the West San Gabriel Valley for 25 years as both a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in the State of California.
He received his Doctorate Degree from the University of Southern California in 1987. He has been a Professor of Psychology in the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University at the Los Angeles Campus since 1992, where he teaches family therapy courses, child and family psychotherapy courses and adolescent and family psychotherapy courses.
He has been the consulting psychologist in the Upper School at Polytechnic School for over twenty years, an Independent College Preparatory School in Pasadena, CA where he works with students, families and faculty. He has worked extensively with many schools and teachers in the San Gabriel Valley.
